SESSION: 15
Our foremost session of phase 3 began with Sir Prem Yadav, the CO-FOUNDER and CEO of PRATHAM INFOTECH FOUNDATION. His session took place with us on 18th May 2020. He gave so many informative points to all the viewers of SDF on digital learning. He shared his journey with us. He has completed his Masters in Resource Mobilization and Management from SP Jain Institute of Management. He is recipient of the prestigious Eisenhower Fellowship- USA 2010 and also TED speaker in World Economic Forum at Perm region in Russia. His journey was like a roller coaster ride. He learned how we can upgrade ourselves while working. He told the scope of digital learning. In this COVID-19 its importance has increased much more that too in our daily lives. He told us how lives are going to be this pandemic. Most of the work will be done digitally. Now, students are getting many online courses and in the coming time this field is going to expand more. One should have the skills of coding, communication, problem solving for going with this profession. There is one software called SCRATCH where one can learn and practice coding. They have made an app called DIGITAL SHAKSHAR, where one can have different courses without any fee. It has 4 different categories for all the types of people including school study material. This app was made so that everyone can have access to this. This app will help you to start from basics. He gave us many wonderful tips. His Professor was his inspiration and he got always got strength and motivation to work hard from his father. He had limited resources which shows one should never complain of having less resources. He is the true example of success with less resources. He shared his journey which was very inspiring and had many learning elements. We had Mr. Avelo Roy on 19th May 2020, who is at the BOARD of ADVISORS, AMITY UNIVERSITY. He is also the MD of Kolkata Ventures. His session was very interactive and productive to all the viewers. He shared his experience throughout his life. He has been a Former Startup Advisor to Prime Minister of Nepal. He has had 500+ speaking engagements in the US and India including White House Panel for Entrepreneurship Education, Startup America, TEDx Talks, Josh Talks and many more. He discussed about what entrepreneurship is all about. It’s all about solving problems in a commercial way. Talking about the pros and cons of this field, he says, pros is- it gives you freedom for your finance and you are your own boss and cons are sometimes you have to bear losses also, and you don’t have weekend. But still it’s much better than being in a job. He introduced us with the skills required such as problem solving, ability to bring people. At first, find out your field of interest and passion then you can choose in which sector or field you can do your startup. He gave us latest examples of on how government is supporting entrepreneurs. He cleared all the doubts of the viewers and made the session very much useful and interactive. He said rather than thinking for business ideas to start, go for the problem persisting and find the solution for that. In this pandemic you can also start a business digitally. He shared one of his story of growth hacking. He also gave some examples for startup. Emerging countries have more opportunities rather than developed countries as they already have ideas and solutions. He is inspired by SRILA PRABHUPADA, founder of ISKCON. He gave the viewers SUCCESS MANTRA, ‘keep doing and keep trying and push harder more each time’. This session was very informative and highly interactive.
SESSION: 17
The third session of phase 3 was on 20th May 2020 with RAHUL PARMANE. He is RESEARCH SCHOLAR at Dept. of Chemical Engineering, ICT Mumbai. This session was all about chemical engineering. His journey went like, did his B. TECH in Chemical Technology from Shivaji University. For M.Tech in Chemical Engineering he chose IIT (BHU), Varanasi. He has 3rd years of experience as Assistant Professor. He talked about the scope of Chemical Engineering. This is a vast field and one has many opportunities here like one can go for Analytical chemist, Petrochemical Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, and many more. He says that, there is no such skills required for this field one only needs to have the passion. After 12th one can join IIT’s, NIT’s to pursue and has to go through the entrance exam which are JEE Mains, BITSAT, UPSEE etc. The fee structure mainly varies from college to college but the average is starting from 1 lakhs and goes up to 10 lakhs approx. He discussed about the fields of chemical engineering. After clearing the GATE exam one can go for PG course and this will also open the doors for higher package jobs. His session was very informative for all the students planning to choose this field. He discussed about the different fields in chemical engineering. He answered all the questions during the live session asked by our viewers. He told the chemical method of preparing a sanitizer. CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI MAHARAJ and Dr. A.P.J ABDUL KALAM are inspiration of our guest. He gave a very good MESSAGE for the youth that, ‘Never stop doing the hard-work and try to do the smart work. Be HONEST to yourself’.

ANKUSH DESHMUKH our guest speaker for our next session on 21st May 2020.He shared that his career journey was very interesting. His journey started with theater only. He has done 22 commercial play in Marathi. He has done many Ad Films and Films with many celebrities. He shared his career journey. He told us many of his motivating stories. When he started his journey, he got 2 movies but unfortunately both the movies got closed in between. But he didn’t lose his confidence and later got a movie. His story of film industry was very inspirational and lot of learning was there. He got to work with Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Irfan Khan, Shahid Kapoor and more. He learned a lot from AMITABH Sir while working with him. He has worked in movies like Kabir Singh, Blackmail. He says, this is a practical line, one should have that acting skills. There are many colleges where one can learn the acting skills like National School of Drama (NSD) in Delhi, Film and Television Institute of India in Pune, Barry John Acting Studio in Mumbai and there are more to this list. Many of the colleges conduct entrance exam also for admission. They offer many courses related to the field of acting. They will teach you many things like how to present, speaking of dialogue, emotions and more. He had been in film industry from more than 10 years and he struggled for almost 8–9 years. One should have that talent, passion and most importantly patience should be there if someone plans to step in this industry. At present he is doing a web series. His inspiration is his father and his father’s younger brother and also his film industry. He gave a very wonderful SUCCESS MANTRA ‘Talent, Passion and Patience. And never give-up and always keep going with your target.

On 22th May 2020 we had RASHMI SAHA with us to speak on the topic “Public Speaking and Interaction”. She is the FOUNDER of MUKTY MISSION, LIFE COACH and has been a speaker at TEDx Youth, Hirapur. She is a civil engineer by education and NLP practitioner by profession. She has worked with many corporates like Maruti Suzuki, India Ltd etc. She has been to more than 30 colleges motivating more than 40,000 students in training career. She has been felicitated as “PADWOMAN” by ‘Dainik Bhaskar’. She shared her story why she chose civil engineering and afterwards as a life coach. Later on, the session discussed about Public Speaking and Interaction. She says, public speaking is not a profession, this is something which everyone has do at some point of time. It is your skill that you have to showcase. How you can do better in Public Speaking? She says, good communication is must. You can add on more words to your vocab. You have to be a good listener as well. To improve your communication skills, you can try to communicate to your own people and later on you can add on more people to this from your school, college, office. This will increase your confidence level. One need to know their strength and weakness. You need to be confident and well-aware on what you are going to speak and about your audience. Weakness is don’t pre-assume anything on your own that can affect your person. She says, you need to connect with the audience through your speaking session. We all have that stage fear, when asked about how we can overcome, she responded, face your fear then only you can come over this. She gave us many good points. Her session helped many of our viewers and this session was very interactive and informative. She shared a SUCCESS MANTRA that, ‘Find what is important for you and start your work to achieve that. and it’s just one life enjoy it and make good memories.’

ANIKET DHOTE shared the live platform on 23rd May 2020. This session cleared all the doubts regarding making career in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). He is PRIVATE DENTIST and BIO STATISTICIAN. He completed his Masters of Dental Surgery in Public Health Dentistry from Rajasthan. In this session he briefed about his career journey and guided our viewers for career in this field. His journey to become BDS was a learning lesson of different skills, bringing flexibility, improving communication, and more. If someone wants to become a dentist then he/she should possess communication, patience, problem solving, organizational management skills. He named some of the top dental colleges where one can plan to get their dental education. Some of them include AIIMS, Maulana Azad Institute, Manipal College, AFMC etc. talking about the job opportunities after BDS and MDS, he says, it’s clinical research, pharma co vigilance, dental cosmetology, and more. After COVID-19 the situation will be changed as many times doctors will be taking their patients on call or personally. He gave some oral hygiene tips to our viewers. He advised that not get addicted towards alcohol and tobacco. With the brushing habits one should also look after their eating habits for good health of your teeth. Later on, he gave information regarding the 9 main subjects in dental studies. Some are Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, and 5 more. His session was very helpful for everyone who joined us. He is inspired by LORD BUDDHA and MAHATMA GANDHI. He gave a very beautiful message to the youth that, ‘De-addict yourself from drugs and all smoking elements to achieve your goal.’
SESSION: 21
This was our last session of phase 3, and for this we invited PRASHANT SINGH to discuss about career in HEATH AND FITNESS. This concluding session took place on 24th May 2020. He is the founder of AAKHADA GYM in Varanasi. He did his Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi. He has struggled a lot throughout his journey. He was an athlete during his school days and always had the interest in sports. This idea of opening up a GYM came out of a sudden in his mind. Many celebrities have also visited his center. He let us know how in this COVID-19 situation people are getting concerned of their health. Most of the people have started doing workout at their homes. People have learned the importance of good health and fitness. He shared the career options in this field. There are many like gym owner, sports massage therapist, fitness lecturer, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and many more. To start something in the field of fitness then one should be completely devoted to fitness and should have the proper knowledge. If you are dealing with your customers in your gym or any another business then always try to connect with them. He named some of the equipment's used in gym. The importance of yoga was very well explained by him. Always try meditate in your busy work routine as this will give the mind to relax. He suggested some exercises for people of all the ages. He gave us many useful and healthy tips. Always take a nutritional diet as in India many people have a bad diet containing most of the junk food. He suggested some exercises for the beginners like 2–3 KM of walk, full body stretch, skipping, and some squats. He gave a very healthy MESSAGE to the people, ‘Always fix a slot in your mind for fitness and health, and always try to be pure from inside and outside.
