Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can emerge out of any occasion or belief that causes you to feel baffled, irate, or apprehensive. Stress is your body’s response to a challenge or demand. Stress can cause a lot of changes in your body. When you are under stress your heartbeat increases, muscles tighten, blood pressure rises, and start breathing quickly. All these symptoms indicate that you are stressed and you need to release the stress that you feel.

Stress is not a phenomenon that you come across at a particular age. It can start early in your childhood. When you are in school, you can be stressed about your grades, syllabus, friendship issues, relationship, etc. In the professional world, the work pressure, working environment, salary, etc can be a few reasons for you being stressed. Categories of Stress-

  • Temporary Stress
  • Situational Stress
  • Unwanted Stress

The speaker Mr. Ayush Keshri is the CEO of ATE World Talk. At the age of 17, he established the Young Association. He did his Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) in Journalism from the University of Delhi and Master of Travel and Tourism Management from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.
