To enjoy your life completely, you must be physically and mentally strong. Here are a few tips for you to stay healthy:
1. Perform simple exercises or Yoga for at least 30 mins a day.
2. If you do not prefer the traditional exercises, you can try out ‘Zumba’ which is an exercise program where you dance to music.
3. Start slow but stay consistent. Try exercising almost 6 days a week.
4. Exercise can be painful initially, and you will feel like quitting, but stay motivated. It will help you in the long run.
5. Plan a proper schedule for your exercise according to your routine and stick to it.
6. If you feel you are uncomfortable working out at home, you should join a Gym and get proper training.
7. After every workout, consider rewarding yourself in your way. It will help you stay motivated.
8. Sports can be equally good for your physical activity. Play your favorite sport and stay fit!
To stay fit, the only exercise is not enough. It is also essential that you watch what you eat. Try to avoid foods high in sugar like cakes and donuts. Reduce the junk foods you consume, which are high in fats, like, pizzas and burgers. It is necessary that you eat right, have a balanced diet. Fresh fruits and vegetables, foods rich in protein like fish, eggs, soya beans, etc. well-cooked meals, must be included in your diet. Drinking a lot of water and staying hydrated is also particularly important.
Health and fitness are essential components that every one of us must care about. If you wish to help other people stay fit, you can consider taking health and fitness as a career. The opportunities available are:
1. Sports and Fitness Nutritionist
As a sports and fitness Nutritionist, you will be responsible to train athletes and other fitness enthusiasts to improve their health and plan routines for them.
2. Strength and Conditioning Coach
As a professional, you are responsible to instruct athletes and other enthusiasts in particularly strength training and improve the overall physical appearance.
3. Exercise Physiologist
In this profession, you are responsible to help injured or sick patients regain their strength and fitness.
4. Open up your Gym
You can consider taking professional training as a Gym Instructor and help others gain fitness by opening up your gym!
With proper education and training, you could find opportunities in Sports teams, Fitness clubs, and even in schools and colleges as Sports Instructor. This career can be tricky and chances to gain professional education and training in India are extremely limited.
