CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

A person goes through various stages of development and growth in one’s life .and all overgrowth in which a person can sustain his life is called development. It is done in various ways and at different stages of life, as it’s truly said life is all about learning new things. When a child starts to crawl on his feet and then starts walking and running it shows up its development. Similarly, when a child goes to school the place where its whole development is done and make him /her real source of productivity for the nation i.e. human resource. And when one goes to college and got exposed to the real-life and practical aspects of the world there the growth happens and goes towards the next step towards development. And finally when goes into his job faces the training and development phase to become the one who is productive and can earn a living and contribute to the nation’s GDP.

Creative development is one such type of development that helps individuals to learn creatively i.e. through exploration, decision making in a more effective way, and expression of life. Creative development helps individuals to learn things in better way things as it creates a new mental arena for them and helps them in catching up on things in a more speedy way. For instance, the abacus is the creative learning way that helps children to learn mathematics calculations in a better and quick way making these boring calculations into an interesting and gaming way. Creative development activities inculcated by schools in children, some of the creative activities like dancing, singing and different types of activities, etc. These activities serve as building blocks towards self-development. These activities somehow develop extra skills in a person such as entrepreneurial skills innovative thinking, mental awareness, quick- decision making, and effective and efficient working making a person more productive and helps one in solving problems with a more realistic and practical approach.

Creative Development involves different stages and some of the main stages are preparation, incubation, illumination and evaluation, and verification. In the preparation, one gets the idea and now an approach towards a particular activity in this one draws a blueprint of activity and does do brainstorming. The next step is incubation in which one has to finish up thinking let it go and have to thinks as well of others’ ideas and projects. In the illumination stage basically, there is a strike of an idea by the inculcation of both a preparation and incubation idea and a step towards reaching the goal. In the next stage is evaluation, we sum up our ideas and checkup their validity and practicality. In the verification stage finally, the idea comes into be entering from soft skill to hard skill.

Creative Development, therefore, is a scientific approach to a productive one while adapting to new situations of life and plays a significant role in changing the mental status of society. As it not only restrict children and students to become bookworms but converting them to become job–oriented persons with new and better skills to deal with difficult situations. Hence we can conclude that new economic policies develop in such a way to impart in students these creative skills such as coding and thus changing up the old style of only academic learning that is static to dynamic approach and thus making studies and development of individually filled with fun and challenges making one a better person.
