According to Edwin Flippo, HRM is defined as “planning, organizing, directing, controlling of procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance, and separation of human resources to the end that individual, organizational and social objectives are achieved.”Recruiting, Screening, Interviewing, and Placing workers are the prime tasks and responsibilities of Human Resource Specialists. Human Resource is a career which asks for confidence, integrity, and interpersonal skills. Human Resource hires employees with the required skills. It further deals with the compensation and perks management as per the budget of the company. The fundamental roles of HR are Staffing, Development, Compensation, Safety and health, and employee and labor relations. HR is responsible for bringing out the employees’ best work ethics and therefore making a move to a better working environment.

Dr. Anita Srivastava is the director at Brencis Centre for Research Training and Consultancy, Ghaziabad, India. A Prime Facilitator in the Spandan Foundation for Human Values in Management and Technology, Principal at Gurukul Vidyapeeth, and Deputy Director at IIMT Group of Colleges. She was the gold medalist and a well-known expert in Management Philosophy, Human Resource Development, Quality Systems, and Human Values. She has 20+ years of experience in Research, Training, Consultancy, Teaching, and Administration in Management. She is also a member of the Ghaziabad Management Association, Higher Education Management Forum, and Professor in Management Studies.

She is also a member of HR and Talent Management Executives and Harvard Business Review. Dr. Srivastava had done her Masters from the University of Lucknow. Further, she has various publications on her name in the field of H.R., Human Values, and Corporate.

Dr. Srivastava has all the skills which make her distinguished from the others. Eligibility for the Career

A career in HR requires having either a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree. To attain a bachelor’s degree, an aspirant needs to have an educational pattern of 10+2 years. He/She should have a minimum of 50 percent in the higher secondary from a recognized board.

Further, for a master’s degree, the aspirant needs to have a bachelor’s degree from any stream but needs to have a recognized university or college degree. Further, some colleges take admission based on the performance in the entrance examination. Some examinations are CAT, XAT, NMAT, etc.
