Career As A Company Secretary

The company secretary course is offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). It is a distance learning course that was started to regulate the profession of a Company Secretary. A CS’s roles are maintaining the company’s statutory books, a register of present and past directors, and secretaries. CS is easier than CA for those students who find it challenging to deal with practical and numerical as this course includes those subjects which are theoretical in nature. But at the same time, many students find it difficult more than CA because they are not good in theory subjects. CS Course deals with different laws but mainly focuses on COMPANY LAW, 2013. CS is one of the most reputed career options in the field of business, commerce, and laws.
