How Shashi Dream Foundation is providing quality education to underprivileged students?
When it comes to SDF (Shashi Dream Foundation), they keep on working every second for making the most for Goal 4 and never failed. Keeping on trying, they have made a remarkable change in the lives of many underprivileged children in terms of their education and even general knowledge.
SDF has conducted a GK exam in 3 different schools to accelerate knowledge besides education.
It was first held at Katol High School, Katol on 21st December 2018. It was really meant to wrap the children with things all around them. The aim nowhere went wrong. Many children did well in their exams and the rest started preparing themselves for the GK.
The second school in which the GK exam was conducted was the Government School, Katol on 21st December 2018 which paved the way for many children to have their focus not only on education but also on general knowledge.
Then the exam took place in Keshav Rao Pawar School on 24th December in the same year. For them, it was kind of the best Christmas.
The Shashi Dream Foundation’s next initiative was the stationary distribution drive which was initiated with the strong aim to fulfill the dream of many underprivileged students to have a pen and a notebook. That really made a difference in the lives and education of those children. It became a crucial step for attaining the goal of SDF, Empowering generation next. The happiness on those faces were the only earnings that SDF was thirsty for.
And the most important step taken by SDF was the Shashi pathshalas which are set up in Katol which provides numerous children quality education free of cost. Students in Shashi pathshalas are awaited by a bright future as they are provided with every facility that a student requires. Still, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, SDF is working hard to set up their first digital classroom in pathshalas so that they can continue their quality education to more students.
